I also manage a gorgeous 3 bedroom condo located directly above this 2 bedroom, which gives you the option of renting both to accommodate up to 12 guests. 

The condo has everything needed for long-term living.  I lived in the condo for a few months when I first purchased it and wanted to make sure everything I needed was also available for my guests.  Don't fret over missing your favorite coffee shop while on vacation.  The condo offers whole bean & ground STARBUCKS coffee to keep you feeling right at home ;~)
If you need something that is not in the condo, I'll go out and buy it for you!   That’s how confident I am you’ll have everything you need.

As the ole’ saying goes: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Frequent Caribbean tourists quickly learn that the East End of St. Thomas is where you'll find the best hotels, restaurants, and beaches.  Closest proof: from the condo, you can walk to the Ritz Hotel and the St. Thomas Yacht Club in 5 minutes or less.  The Red Hook Ferry to St. John is less than a 5-minute ride. You can see St. John from your deck!  You can also go to the British Virgin Islands from the same Red Hook ferry terminal.
 
Safety First: I moved to this community as a single woman and safety was a top priority.  Cowpet Bay West is a gated community that requires all who enter to input a code.  A security guard is stationed at the gate from dusk to dawn.  Your safety is a top priority; inside the condo you will find multiple smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a well stocked first aid kit, and directions to the nearest medical center.

Sleeping: 
Master Bedroom: sleeps 2
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a breath-taking view of the Caribbean Sea and Little St. James Island, renamed Pedophile Island by locals given its notorious owner.
 
Garden Bedroom: sleeps 4
The garden bedroom has a view of luscious plantings in my garden.  There is a king-size bed and a day bed to accommodate two more guests.  The daybed has 2 single mattresses; one of which pulls out from a drawer under the top mattress.  Children think it’s cool to sleep on the lower mattress, but adults are not as fond since the level of the lower mattress about one foot from the floor.
 
Babies & Children Guests:
The following baby items are available in the condo: Pack & Play, highchair, Britax car seat for a child (not an infant/baby), step stool to reach the potty, children’s books, indoor toys, beach toys to build sand-castles, and child-size beach towels.
 
Eating:
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a Crock-Pot, dishes, glasses, etc.  If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen will have what you need to whip up a gourmet feast.  You may eat in the dining room that seats 6 or recline on the lanai and enjoy the view and Caribbean breezes while you drink and dine until the wee hours of the night.  
 
Relaxing:
I prefer big comfy furniture that I can snuggle up in so that’s how I decorate.  From the living room, you can select from many Dish TV shows.  Or chill on the lanai looking at the Caribbean Sea and enjoying tropical breezes every night of the year.
