I recall feeling uneasy the first time I booked a place to stay through an online listing site. So, I thought I’d share some information about me to help you get a feel for who I am, what others have said about their experiences renting a property from me, and how I treat my guests.
it is a best practice to pay for your rental through the listing site where you first started communicating with the owner. It is red flag if an owner requests that you pay outside of the listing site’s payment system.
